The checks
Three checks, and a score you earn
Credential review
Licences and certifications are self-declared, then reviewed by OEX staff. Only verified credentials appear in search and on profiles.
Denied-party screening
Members and the parties named on shipments are screened against sanctions and watchlists.
OEX Score
A behavioural score built from settlement record, external credit data and verification depth. Earned over time, never bought.
A record of how you operate
Most directories let you buy a badge. OEX doesn't. Your plan decides what you can do on OEX. Your OEX Score reflects how you've actually done it, and the two never mix.
What members ask
Can I use the tools before I'm verified?
Yes. Once you've joined, you can set up your company and run your own rates, shipments and charges while verification completes. You appear in the directory, and can trade and settle with other members, once you're verified.
Can I pay to raise my OEX Score?
No. The OEX Score comes only from verified outcomes and verified data. A higher plan unlocks more features and higher limits. It never changes your score.
Do reviews count towards the score?
No. Reviews are too easy to game, so the OEX Score uses what happened on the platform instead.
What happens on a sanctions match?
A confirmed match suspends the organisation and blocks settlement and collaboration until it's resolved.
